He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Cooper. He is survived by: his father Toby Cooper; his siblings, Cynthia Gail Mitchell (Melvin) and Samuel Cooper; and his nieces, Amanda Ratner and Amber Wolfe. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
