He is survived by: his wife Kristina "Kris"; his stepdaughter Heather Paolello (Bill); his children, Thomas Lumsden and Yvonne Dawson (Carter); his sister Joyce Bosworth (Mike); his sister-in-law Angela Spurlock (Bobby); his nieces and nephews, John Bosworth, Ben Sanner, Anna Bosworth, Melissa Via and Rachel Bauer; his friends, Tom, Ellen Snodgrass and Shea Fisher; and also, Sunnie and Sadie.
