She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Mack and Mable Willis; and her brother Nickie Willis. She is survived by: her husband Benton Slemons; her children, Bradley Slemons (Jennifer Lawrence) and Heather; her son-in-law Adam Depew; her grandchildren, Dixie Depew, Brandon and Bryson Slemons; and her siblings, Joan Dixon, Connie Broyles, Teresa Mosley (Randall), Tim Willis (Rena) and Flo Willis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mt. Wesley Cemetery Upkeep Fund or to a charity of your choice.
