She was predeceased by: her parent Dana H.; her husband Clarence M. Chase; and her brother Vernon Ferguson. She is survived by: her parent Molly E. Ferguson; her son Calvin Chase of Smyrna, TN; her grandchildren, Shannon Chase, Carrie Chase, Nikki Chase, Christopher Chase and Emilee Chase; her great grandchildren, Brayden Tischer and Adeline Heltzel; and her siblings, Joan Good, Helen Campbell and Allen Ferguson. She is also survived by son-in-law, Randy Fair; and several nephews and nieces.
