She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Jay Rash and Maggie Bernice Pratt Rash; her husband Wayne Bryant McNeil; her son Timothy Wayne "Tim" McNeil; her grandson Trevor Lynn Steven Cole; and her brother Floyd Stacy Rash.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy McNeil Cole (Randy); her grandsons, Austin Wayne Cole (Makala) and Tyler McNeil; her stepgrandchildren, Candice, Jessica and Ryan Davis; her nephew Denver Rash; and her niece April Hubbard.
