He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardin Greene and Goldie Mae Greene; his wife Mildred Erlene Greene; his brother Jack Greene; and his son Ricky Lynn Greene.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce Ryckman (Bill) of Michigan and Debbie White (Tim) of Ohio; his stepdaughter Millie Duncan of Elizabethton; his siblings, Stanley Greene (Carolyn) of Jonesborough and Wilma Allen of Johnson City; and also Bret (Doc). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, special friends.
