He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason Thomas and Edna Mae Gilland Morgan; his siblings, Wilma Ricker, Tommy Morgan, Gene Morgan, Ottis Morgan and Glen Morgan; and his parents-in-law, Onnie Austin and Charlotte Isaacs.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Austin Morgan; his sons, Joe Morgan and Isaac Morgan (Michele) of Bristol, TN; his sister Sue Yokley of Chuckey, TN; his grandchildren, Beth Morgan, Bailee Fields, Trey Morgan, Bailey Morgan and Kaleb Denton; his sisters-in-law, Mary Morgan, Elaine Morgan, Kim Morgan, Billie Jo Reece (Harold) and Brenda Seaton (Mike); and his niece Tammy Morgan. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
