He was predeceased by: his father William T. Levi; and his siblings, Timothy Levi, Thomas Levi and Pamela Hodorovic. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy A. Levi of Dallas, PA; his son Ronald Levi Jr. (Holly) of Smithfield, VA; his grandchildren, Skylar and Ronald Levi III (RJ); his son Michael Levi (Sarah) of Luzerne, PA; the mother of his children Jane Levi of Courtdale, PA; and his brother William Levi of Dallas, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
