Robert Vines Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Robert Vines (Jonesborough, Tennessee). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hughes S. Vines and Blanche Ferguson Vines; and his siblings, J. W. Vines (Julia), Carolyn Hicks, Hazel Bacon (Bob) and Pearl Taylor (John).
He is survived by: his wife Janice Bennett Vines; his children, Dr. Gary L. Vines (Christy) and Linda A. Dotson; his grandchildren, Christopher L. Dotson (Katelyn), Daniel A. Dotson, Colby R. Vines, Melanie G. Vines and Ashley M. Dotson; and his brother-in-law Rev. Jerry Hicks. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there will not be a formal visitation, but friends may come by Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home Sunday, February 28, 2021 from 3:00-6:00 PM to view Mr. Vines and sign the register book.
