He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge Will H. and Eva Branham Clarke; and his siblings, Will H. Clarke II, John R. Clarke, Thomas R. Clarke, Howard D. Clarke, James D. Clarke and Louise Clarke Dibble.
He is survived by: his son Craig Clarke; his daughter-in-law Mikaila Turner-Clarke; and his grandchildren, Nathan and Amaya Turner-Clarke.
