He was predeceased by: his parents, Niles Lewis and Anna Mary Bales Keys; and his siblings, Wilma Barnes, Marilyn Robert, Jo Rita Thompson, Nancy Luster and Niles Lewis Keys.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Eastepp Keys; his sister Linda Keys Fann; and his sister-in-law Iva Nell Keys. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
