He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Shelton and Georgia Brown Shelton; his sister Sharon "Shaggie" Shelton; his brother-in-law Danny Shelton; and his half-brothers, Danny Ray Shelton and Gerry Shelton.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie "Sissy" Shelton; his brother Roy Shelton (Lola); and his siblings-in-law, Jeffrey and Becky Carlton.
