In the sacred silence of farewell, Richard Dale is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Richard Dale's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Perry, Adelaide Depew, Enos and Fannie Littleton. He is survived by : his wife Rhonda; his mother Madeline Depew; and his siblings, Mike Depew (Libby) of Fall Branch, Chris Depew (Kathie) of Fall Branch, Carol Wallace (Larry) of Kingsport and Janie Morelock (Brian) of Gray.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Baptist Church (2501 TN-81, Jonesborough, TN 37659).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Richard's memory to Sullivan Baptist Church, 4152 Maplewood Street, Kingsport TN 37660, or Fall Branch Volunteer Fire Department, 106 Ruritan Road, Fall Branch TN 37656.
