She was predeceased by: her parents, Drema Short and Harold Kirby; and her grandparents, Billy and Clarice Short. She is survived by: her husband Harry Jarrell; her siblings, Thomas Norris Jr., Tony Kirby (Robin) and Lisa Montgomery (Wayne); her nieces and nephews, Kristen Slone (Chris), Thomas Norris III, J. R. Kirby (Yasamien), Sarah Kirby, Heather Montgomery and Brett Montgomery; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cody, Lucy, Hazel and Baby; and her niece Ryan Smilek. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A private family service was already held but for those who wish, memorial contributions may be given in memory of Rhonda to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284.
