He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Smith; his children, Shane Smith (Sharon), April Smith and Tonya Lintner (Bryon); his grandchildren, Josh Smith, Amber Kearney (Nick), Noah Smith, Jennifer Chapell and Leah Lintner; and his siblings, Vernon Smith, Margie Reed, Ann Lewis, Nova Bannister, Tena Jarrells and Kathy Mefford.
