It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Randal Owen Crutcher of Jonesborough, Tennessee, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Lee and Doris Morrow Crutcher; and his sister Sandra McGaha. He is survived by: his wife Ann Crutcher; his children, Mary Frances Matherne (Craig) of Johnson City, Randal Owen "Andy" Crutcher, Jr. of Jonesborough and Ryan Torbett Crutcher of Jonesborough; his grandsons, Jacob Ryan, Luke Michael, Nicholas Owen and Zachary Paul Matherne; his siblings, Charlotte Malone (Gordon) and Keith Crutcher (Marty); his brothers-in-law, Mike McGaha and Tom Torbett (Polly); and his cousins, Earl Gibson (Betty) and Dorian Shine (Bill). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and so many cherished friends.
