She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Ray (L. R.) and Lola P. Dykes Lowe; her siblings, Jack, Ted and Dorothy White; and her siblings-in-law, Lou Ann Lowe and Bill White.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Hartley; her granddaughters, Ireana Williams (Mike) and Tonya Hartley; her sister-in-law Marie Lowe; her close friend Marie Wilson; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Henry Williams and Ameeyah Hartley. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
