She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby Foster and Louie Watts Foster; her husband Gerald Dyer Moore; her brothers, Lester Foster and Hubert Brison Foster; and her niece Kim Golden.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Moore (Erica) and Stephanie Gouge (Edward); her grandchildren, Emma Britton (Mason), Edison Gouge, Sophia Gouge, Bradley Gouge, Elijah Moore, Kiley Moore and Brody Helton (Anna); her brother Earmen Foster (Wanda); and her sisters-in-law, Sue Foster and Martha Kate Foster.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
