He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Elliott; his parents, Ira Duncan and Julia Duncan; and his sister Louise Hamiter. He is survived by: his sons, Bill (Carmen) and Shaw (Caroline); his grandchildren, Felix, Ruby and Graham; his siblings, Sara Lee Lower and Bill Duncan; and his nieces and nephews, Roy Lower, Randy Lower, Janet Cundiff, Rhett Hamiter, Todd Hamiter, Brad Duncan, Patti Russell and Libby Bond.
