It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Monica Michele Story Garst (Jonesborough, Tennessee), born in Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on April 30, 2018, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Matthew Christopher Garst; her parents, Larry Story and Jane Story (McInturff); her brother Jason Story (Brooke); her grandfather Clarence Story; her parent-in-law Joe Garst; and also Rita Garst. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
