She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Smith and Nora Irene Martin Smith; her husband Pete Bowman; and her sisters, Katherine, Virginia Lee and Janice Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy; her son-in-law Andrew Jackson; her granddaughters, Amanda Jackson (Andrew) and Christy McReynolds (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Charlie Nelson and Nora Nelson. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
