She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorsey Briggs and Lelia Mae Casey Briggs; her siblings, Tommy, Jerry Briggs and Julia Graham; her mothers-in-law, Brenda Miner and Opeal Mae Richardson; and her son Daniel Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Brandy Cole and Gregory Richardson (Penny); her grandchildren, Amber Jones, Ashley Jones, Destiny Cole (Desi), Serenity Richardson and Ricky Daniel; her great grandchild Jack Gates; her sisters, Tammy Denton (Danny) and Doris Matherly (Gary White); her close friends, Betty and Mary; and her granddaughters, Hannah Decker, Cheri Barnes and Salena Duncan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
