She is survived by: her mother Anna Ruth Mitchell Graves; her stepfather Donald Graves; her husband Jim Hopkins; her children, Tracee Walker (Edward Walker, II) of Bakersfield, CA, Veronica Mitchell (Nick Mitchell) and Thomas Roberts (Sydney Roberts) of Norfolk, VA; her grandchildren, Ashlynn of Bakersfield, Brooklynn Walker of Bakersfield, Kaylee of Elizabethton, Layla of Elizabethton, Millee of Elizabethton, Myla Mitchell of Elizabethton, Thomas Rex of Norfolk, Virginia of Norfolk, Soloman of Norfolk and Hershal Roberts of Norfolk; and her siblings, Alice McLaughlin, Brenda Mooneyham and Larry Freeman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
