She is survived by: her children, Charlie Owens of Limestone and Alicia Owens of Limestone; her siblings, Debbie Puckett (Warren) of Clinchco, Virginia, Diane Puckett (Mike) of Birchleaf, Virginia, Mona Duncan (Donald) of Birchleaf, Virginia, Rocky O'Quinn (Linda), Dennis O'Quinn (Regina) and Scotty O'Quinn (Traci) of Birchleaf, Virginia; her sister-in-law Allison O'Quinn of Haysi, Virginia; her granddaughters, Chloe Casey and Courtney Church; and her great grandchildren, Baylon, Brintley and Barrett Church.
