He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Fredericks and Margaret Fredericks; and his sister Nancy Gavin. He is survived by: his wife Robin Fredericks; his children, Jessica Fredericks Jenkins, Billy Joe Alkire of Jonesborough and Andrew Ricer of Jonesborough; and his sisters, Joy Swineford of Ashland, Ohio and Cynthia Devenney of Ashland, Ohio. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
