She was predeceased by: her parent Tiny Miller; her husband Commie Dugger; her son Jimmy Lee Dugger; and her siblings, Jim Miller and Evelene Miller.
She is survived by: her parent Lucy Beatrice Baker Miller; her children, Ronnie Dugger of Jonesborough, Jeff Dugger of Jonesborough, Michael Dugger of Jonesborough, Teresa Birchfield and Mellissa Dugger; and her siblings, Carl Miller of Johnson City and Charlotte Feathers of Johnson City. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces.
