He is survived by: his children, Krista Watson (David Tanner) and Bradly Phillips (Crystal Byers); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Kassidy Watson, Dakota, Noah Tanner, Caleb Rogers, Katie Money, Ashley and Madison Byers; his brother Jeff Phillips (Susie); his nieces, Maggie Berry and Sara Phillips; and the mother of his children Mary Broyles Kinley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
