He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elbert and Estaline Miller Ball; his sister Maritta Henry (Rita); his son-in-law Bobby Ferguson; and his pet Whitey.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ball; his daughters, Teresa France (Randall), Crystal Dugger, Amy Correll (Billy) and Debbie Ferguson; his grandchildren, Ashley, Whitney, Sam, Dakota, Jonathan, Joseph and Elijah; his great grandchildren, Joseph, Brooklyn, Carter and Cooper; his sister Cathy O'neil; his brother-in-law Dennis; and his siblings, Carol Butler (Larry), Roy Ball (Caorlyn) and Jerry Ball. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
