He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Ford Garland and Agnes Lucille Jones; and his wife Ruth Jolene McCarron Garland. He is survived by: his siblings, Delbert Garland, David Garland, Stanley "Buck" Garland and Wanda Tipton (Glen); his daughters, Elisha Snyder, Shannon Tino of Jonesborough, TN and Heather Sansbury (Tim) of Montville, OH; his grandchildren, Geoffrey Snyder, Rhnea Garland, Marty Guthry (Elaine), Penelope Jo Sansbury and Timothy "Tripp" Sansbury; and his great grandchildren, Dane Shanks, Harper Guthry and Summer Lawson.
In lieu of flowers Ken requested that no one vote for Joe Biden or at least donate a bag of dog or cat food to your local animal shelter.
