He is survived by: his wife Cathy Booth Butler; his children, Bryon Butler (Chelsey Barnes), Dr. Michael Butler, Benjamin Lamie (Ginger) and Julie Collins (Michael); his grandchildren, Sean, Maia, Cameron, Emma, Owen, Callie, Scarlett and Zac; his great grandchild Lara; his brother Larry Butler (Carol); and his siblings-in-law, Angie Butler and Larry Miller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
