She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Raymond and Myrtle Faye Stevens Decker; and her husband Otho Jackson "Jack" Bragg. She is survived by: her daughter Jill Waters (James); her grandchildren, Rachel Cox Fall Branch (Travis), Elizabeth Saylor (G. W.), James "Mathew" Waters (Keira), Boones Creek and Thomas Waters; her great grandchildren, Kya Cox, Enzlee Cox, Nola Cox, Atley Cox, Kennedy Waters, Kallan Waters and Kydaan Waters; her brother Jerry Decker (Janet); her niece Jennifer Hopson (Danny); her great-niece Rebecca Madison (Marcus); and also Powell.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
