He is survived by: his parents, Lucy Mejia and Efren Mejia; his son Dakari Chavez; his siblings, Daniel Moody of Johnson City, Briana Jimenez (Enrique) of Johnson City, Damian Mejia of Carter County, Kayla Chavez of Carter County and Joseph Chavez of Carter County; his grandfather Daniel Mejia; his uncles, David Moody of Johnson City, Joaquin Gordillo of Johnson City and Luis Mejia of Johnson City; his nieces and nephews, Enrique, Jr., Sofia, Arianna, Liliana, Alejandro, Amia, Zaelyn, Hayden, Nevaeh and Braylinn; his cousin Ashley Moody; and also Janae Wilson of Johnson City.
The family requests that in-lieu-of flowers, donations be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
