We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2022, at the age of 74, Johnny Wayne Long of Jonesborough, Tennessee, born in Johnson City, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Long and Dorothy McLemore Long; his son Johnny W. Long Jr.; his wife Brenda Long; his close friend Beulah Hamm; and his pet Jingles.
He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Long Richard (David), Donna McMillion (David), Sarah Woods (Ricky) and Woody Stringfellow (Cyndee); and his siblings, Ronald D. Long (Phyllis) and Kimberly S. Long.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Johnny's name to the Wounded Warrior Project, which was near and dear to his heart.
