He is survived by: his wife Anita Griggs; his children, Melissa "Missi" Evans (Robert), Curtis Griggs and Robin Dishner Kerkhoff (Dean); his grandchildren, Jesse Brock (Elizabeth), Caitlin Morton (Jeremiah), Richard "Skylar" Brock, Mason Kerkhoff, Justus Kerkhoff, Kaitlin Evans, Emily Evans, Jacob Griggs (Alejandra) and Lauran Franklin; and his great grandchild Keston Hicks.
