It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Dean Nave of Jonesborough, Tennessee, born in Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on March 6, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Nave and Margaret Bishop Nave; his brother Theodore Nave (Barbara); his niece Debbie Phillips; his brother-in-law Daniel Vineis; and his parents-in-law, Harry and Billie David.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Nave of Jonesborough; his children, Natalie Watson (James) of Jonesborough and Mark Nave (Marco Gutierrez) of Richmond, VA; his grandsons, Darrin Lindner (Tara) of Unicoi and Daniel Lindner (Alyssa) of Limestone; his brother Walter Nave (Mary) of Johnson City; his niece Angela Payne (Donald) of Gray; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Lawrence (Eddie) and Cheryl Vineis; and his granddaughter Ann Barnett. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
