He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Evelyn Prather and Theodore Roosevelt Prather; his fiancée Joyce H. Doughty of Greeneville, TN; his sisters, Jean and Joanne; his children, Jill, Sherry and Scott; and his pet Buddy. He was also cherished by numerous nephews and nieces.
