He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho Jackson Bragg, Sr. and Frances Ann Joyce Bragg. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Decker Bragg; his daughter Jill Waters (James); his grandchildren, Rachel Cox Fall Branch (Travis), Elizabeth Saylor (G. W.), James "Mathew" Waters (Keira), Boones Creek and Thomas Waters; and his great grandchildren, Kya Cox, Enzlee Cox, Nola Cox, Atley Cox, Kennedy Waters, Kallan Waters and Kydaan Waters.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
