He is survived by: his children, Kim Wickerham (Todd) of Matthews, NC, Dallas Jimmy Johnson of Jonesborough and Terry Johnson (Charity) of Elizabethton; his nieces and nephews, Troy Dale (Rachel), Lisa Leonard (Robert), Tony Ottinger, Lisa Parker (Mark) and Dawn Covad; and his grandchildren, Cathryn, Holden, Chase Wickerham, Isaac, Elizabeth, Lily and Zeke Johnson.
