He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William "Bill" and Marjorie Manley; his wife Rilda Manley (Bell) of Jonesborough, TN; his children, Thomas Manley (Julie) of Jonesborough, TN and Kathy Brown (Herbert) of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Jakob Bowen and Thomas Manley of Jonesborough, TN.; his brother John Manley (Joyce) of Wellston, MI; and his sister-in-law Karen Carpenter (Bill) of Liberal, MO. He was also cherished by niece and several nephews.
