He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elliott and Pearl Treadway Elliott; his wife Barbara Keplinger Elliott; his siblings, Earnest Elliott, Blain Elliott Raymond Elliott, Virginia Tipton, Frances Berry, Pauline Henley and Nellie Robintte; and his son-in-law Mitchell Bennett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Penny (Mike Lowe), Lisa Bennett and Ouita (Chris Lands); his grandchildren, Elliott Lowe, Hunter Lowe, Alex Lowe, Kauli Lowe, Josh Bennett (Elizabeth), Savannah Lands and Ella Lands; his great grandchildren, Brayleigh, Raylan, Liliana, Colton and Wyatt; his sister Shirley Elliott; his grandson Jordan Bennett; and his son-in-law Chris Lands. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
