He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Nelson-Adams (Randy) and Tracy Nelson; his grandchildren, Dustin Hawkins, Amber Nelson, Drew Cipro (Travis) and Angel Hawkins; his sister Nancy Smith; and his close friends, Richard Story and Kevin Shaw. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
