She was predeceased by: her former husband Junior Wayne Lewis; her husband Howard Levi Perry; her sons, Keith Lewis and Timothy Lewis; her grandson Travis Lewis; and her siblings, Bernice Sebree and Ralph James.
She is survived by: her children, Arlene Hamstra (Bernie), Ed Lewis (Yvonne) and Brian Lewis (Lisa); and her siblings, Lorna Whitney, Sandra Reynolds, Alice Reynolds and Mike James. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
