Edith H. touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyd Hensley and Ida Tarlton Hensley; her stepfather Clarence Wilson; and her siblings, Russell Hensley, Raymond Hensley, Glenwood Hensley, Marvin Hensley and Maudie Nadine Garland.
She is survived by: her husband John E. Treadway III; her brother Theodore Hensley; her nieces, Karen Painter, Kathy Seaton, Juanita Tittle and Tammy Buck Whitlock; and her caregivers, Tim, Brenda Carver, Sandra Hipshire and Melissa Leake. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; special friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
