He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Hensley Ollis; his children, Bradley Ollis (Cassie), Doyle Ollis, Jr. (Angie), Denise Wuefele (Dylan) and Gerald Hopkins; his grandchildren, Chloie, Caleb, Collin, Alex and Gage; and his brother Clay Ollis. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
