He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Nate and Dorothy Mary Barnett (Willis); and his sister Shirley Barnett Pate. He is survived by: his significant other Joyce Bennett; his sons, Garther Barnett (Autumn) and Will Barnett; his granddaughter Kinslee Barnett; his sisters, Debbie Edwards (Elvis), Carol Malone and Sandy Hilton; his close friends, Lewis Alexander, Jerry Anderson, Randy Hyder, Johnny Woodby, Mike Alexander, Eddie Ayers, George Woodfin, Mark Salts and Chris Snipes; his children, Tina Butler and Corinna Barnett; and also Abby Custode.
