It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doug Gregory Williams (Jonesborough, Tennessee), who passed away on January 4, 2025, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Cyril E. Williams. He is survived by: his mother Jenny Yorke Williams of Brooklyn, NY; his children, Doug Williams, Jr. of Johnson City, Donte'Williams (Lindsay Cole) of Johnson City, Gianna Williams (Mason Fisher), Darius Williams, Charli Williams, Infanta Williams and Graci Williams; his siblings, Christopher Thom Williams, Cyril Williams, Jr., Nigel Williams, Debbie Pitual (David), Karla Williams (Rosendo Coss) and Angelena Williams (Navin Sookai); his godmother Rosanne Philadelphia; his close friends, Diana Reid (Brett Ashby) and Rajiv "Chief" Sinha; and his aunt Paula Lewis.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
