He is survived by: his father James "Jim" Calhoun of Johnson City; his wife Lisa Waterbury Calhoun; his children, Casey Calhoun (Jennifer) of Jonesborough and Tara Licker (Daniel) of Jonesborough; his siblings, Leland Calhoun (Linda) of Johnson City and Joy Beth Foster (Mark) of Johnson City; and his grandsons, Jacob Whitson and Damian Licker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
