He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Blizzard and Elizabeth Hibbitts Blizzard; and his wife Monnie Jean Blizzard. He is survived by: his daughter Susan Blizzard Oler; and his grandson Zachary Oler.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
