He was predeceased by: his grandson Justin W. Owens. He is survived by: his wife Anita G Robison Owens; his children, Carl W Owens (Michelle) and Kathleen G Owens Moore; and his grandchildren, Jessica Moore, Danielle Moore, Caitlyn Owens and Colby (Regean Moore).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Calendar Naugle Funeral Home (1203 Hendricks Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32207). A graveside service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025.
