He is survived by: his parent Velva Willis Byrd; his spouse Diana Byrd; his children, David Byrd (Anneta) of Johnson City, Daniel Byrd of Johnson City, Matthew Byrd, Wendy Tesnear (Duane), Limestone and Michelle Broyles (Daniel); his siblings, Harold Byrd (Mae Bell), Bertha Byrd, Joan King (James), Olga Edwards and Dorris Byrd; his grandchildren, Samantha, Jessica, Kayla (Joshua), Kelsey, Shaylan, Heather and Cooper; and also Flag Pond.
